Diet raspberry (3 dina)

Iki diet ora mung enak banget, nanging uga migunani. Kajaba iku, dheweke nduweni efek rejuvenating lan ngresiki awak.



WEDDING FIRST

Sarapan : 100 gram keju pondok utawa 200 ml saka ryazhenka, 100 g raspberry.
2 sarapan : 150 g susu jeli karo raspberries.
Nedha awan : 200 g daging ayam sing disajut karo saus raspberry.
Nedha bengi : 1 kaca milkshake karo 100 g saka raspberries.


DAY

Sarapan : 200 ml yogurt-lemah lemak utawa kefir, 100 g raspberries.
2 sarapan : 200 g raspberries karo 2 teaspoons saka madu.
Nedha awan : 150 g iwak sing digodhok, 1 tomat, 1 timun, sayuran ijo.
Nedha bengi : 200 g raspberries karo 1 tablespoon hazelnut.


WULANG BEBAS

Sarapan : 200 ml kepfir utawa susu curdled, 100 g saka raspberry.
2 sarapan : 200 g raspberries, lemah karo 50 g walnuts.
Nedha awan : 50 g saka daging sapi sing digodhog, 150 g saka salad saka kubis putih lan wortel karo 2 sendok teh lenga zaitun.
Nedha bengi : 2 apples panggang karo kismis lan raspberry sauce.
